The Cursed Tomb of the Crying Child

In the early 1900s, workers in a small village near the desert discovered an ancient underground tomb hidden beneath the sand.

At first, they thought it belonged to an important king or a rich family. But when they entered the tomb, they found something strange.

The walls were covered with drawings of a small child crying while people around him were running away in fear.

In the center of the tomb was a tiny stone coffin.

Inside it were the remains of a child wrapped in old cloth, holding a small golden toy in his hands.

Near the coffin, there was a message carved into the wall:

“Do not wake the child, or the village will cry with him forever.”

The workers laughed and ignored the warning.

They took the golden toy and left the tomb.

That same night, one of the workers became very sick.

The next day, another worker disappeared.

Within a week, strange things began happening in the village.

People claimed they could hear a child crying outside their homes late at night.

Animals refused to go near the desert.

Children woke up screaming from nightmares about a boy covered in sand.

Finally, the village elder ordered the toy to be returned to the tomb.

The remaining workers carried it back and placed it inside the small coffin again.

After that night, the crying stopped.

To this day, some people still believe the tomb is hidden somewhere beneath the desert, waiting for someone foolish enough to open it again.
