6. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material has been wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was wrongly removed

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts

7. Repeat Infringers
WritingPay has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at WritingPay's sole discretion, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Repeated copyright violations may result in permanent account suspension.
8. Innocent Infringement Disclaimer
If you believe you have unknowingly posted copyrighted material, please contact us immediately. WritingPay may, in its sole discretion, allow you to remove the content and take corrective measures without account termination for first-time innocent infringements.
9. Changes to Policy
WritingPay reserves the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Your continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any changes to this policy.
