WritingPay prohibits the posting of content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. Our creators are responsible for ensuring that all content they post is original or that they have the necessary rights to use the content they share on our platform.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

4. DMCA Notice Requirements

Your copyright infringement notice must include the following information:

5. Removal Procedures

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  2. Notify the creator of the removed content
  3. Retain copies of removed material for a reasonable period of time
  4. Inform the copyright holder that we have taken action

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material has been wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was wrongly removed
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts
  • Your physical or electronic signature

7. Repeat Infringers

WritingPay has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at WritingPay's sole discretion, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Repeated copyright violations may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Innocent Infringement Disclaimer

If you believe you have unknowingly posted copyrighted material, please contact us immediately. WritingPay may, in its sole discretion, allow you to remove the content and take corrective measures without account termination for first-time innocent infringements.

9. Changes to Policy

WritingPay reserves the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Your continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any changes to this policy.
